Our Supreme Winner Quina Fina tonic water is a perfect blend of Nelson spring water, organic lemons and the essential Ecuadorian quinine extract. It's brilliantly refreshing and lightly tart on the palate, and not nearly as sweet as other tonic waters. Creator Alex Gledhill sources the quinine from the company’s plantation in Ecuador, where the first chincona seedlings have reached greenhouse maturity and will be planted in March. “We’ve got to do that to keep our provenance alive.” Alex likes Quina Fina mixed with Campari, gin and vermouth, or with white port and lemon juice.
