Ingredients
60mls vodka (2 nips)
chocolate shavings
a splash of brown crème de cacao
30mls white crème de cacao
The Chocolate Martini

A gorgeous sweet variation on a classic. Serve with chocolate shortbread cookies for an unconventional dessert.

Method
Chill a martini glass. Dip the rim in vodka and then in finely grated chocolate. Coat the inside of the glass with a splash of brown crème de cacao, which will settle in the bottom of the glass. Shake the vodka and white crème de cacao with plenty of ice, and strain carefully into the glass.
