Ingredients
60mls tequila (2 nips)
30mls gin (1 nip)
Mexican Martini

Head south of the border with this peppy variation. Serve with blue corn chips and tomato, coriander and chilli salsa.

Method
Mix the tequila and the gin together on ice. Stir well and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a jalapeno stuffed olive, or a slice of fresh chilli.
