| A tropically inspired martini; perfect for a warm evening. Serve with mussels with mint & fresh coconut. |
Method |
Mix the coconut liqueur, vodka and pineapple juice together with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled glass. Decorate with a sliver of fresh pineapple or a small pineapple leaf.
