| This combination of exotic flavours forms a rich fruit mince mixture with a dense texture. Use this mix in cooking as you would classic Christmas mincemeat and be surprised by the slowly unveiling taste sensation. |
Method |
Mix together all ingredients in a bowl, cover and leave in a cool place for 2 days, stirring occasionally. Pack into sterilised jars and seal well. Leave to mature for at least 1 month before using. Makes 6 cups.
