This exclusive wine and food dinner features a four course set menu with optional matched wines, showcasing Sam’s decadent dishes inspired by his global travels. Known for his big flavours and personality, Sam transforms favorites into extraordinary dining experiences using New Zealand’s finest produce. Don’t miss this unforgettable dining journey.

Menu highlights a selection of snacks of wagyu tartare and scallop crudo, a signature lobster pasta using local New Zealand crayfish, Atlantic roasted toothfish and the classic S’more coffee and tea creme caramel for dessert. Sam will also be offering some incredible limited addition dishes available to pre purchase a week out from the event. #BSYexperience
