The Reid Single Malt Vodka Rosemary Gimlet

30ml The Reid Single Malt Vodka, infused with fresh rosemary (see Note) | |
10ml fresh lime juice | |
fresh rosemary, to garnish | |
twist of lime, to garnish |
NOTE
To infuse the vodka, put 1 sprig fresh rosemary into a 750ml bottle of The Reid Single Malt Vodka and allow to infuse overnight. Strain out rosemary before serving.

Instructions
1. | To serve, put the vodka, lime juice and simple syrup into a shaker with some ice. |
2. | Shake well then fine strain into a Nick & Nora martini glass, using both a Hawthorn strainer and mesh strainer. |
3. | Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary and a twist of lime. |
