The Aoraki Salmon story starts in the pristine glacial waters that cascade down from the majestic Aoraki/Mt Cook, New Zealand’s highest mountain. These fast flowing, cold, crystal-clear waters create a unique environment for our farms that produce salmon with a clean and subtle taste, unlike any other salmon in the world.
