Vaughan’s determination and steely focus led the Amisfield team to a coveted three-hat rating at the 2019 Cuisine Good Food Awards. They went on to hold the title of American Express Restaurant of the Year from 2021- 2023. In June 2025 Amisfield became the first New Zealand restaurant to place in the top 100 of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants at number 99.
