This Diwali, Cassia invites you to experience a culinary journey like no other with our exclusive 10-course menu, crafted specially for the festival of lights. Running for a limited time from 22 October to 2 November, this menu showcases an array of vibrant and flavourful dishes, that will transport your taste buds to the heart of Diwali. Or join us in our courtyard area for snack and drink specials plus live entertainment from Basant & Friends playing the tabla and sitar, from 18-19, 25-26 October and 2 November.
Whether you’re a long-time fan of Cassia or new to our culinary creations, this limited-time menu features some dishes never seen before at Cassia and will be an experience you won’t want to miss.
Indulge in a unique selection of dishes, each thoughtfully created to honour the essence of Diwali. From the crispy and refreshing Pani Puri with potato, chickpea, and mint to the rich and creamy Tandoori Chicken with Kadhai sauce and daikon, every bite is designed to delight your senses.

This exclusive event offers you the chance to master the art of dumpling-making with the expert guidance of Huami’s chefs, while enjoying a glass of Perrier-Jouët Champagne. For this special event, award-winning chef Michael Meredith joins forces with the pioneer of Pacific Rim cuisine, Peter Gordon, to craft a menu that honours the traditions of the Pacific while pushing the boundaries of modern cuisine.
Guests will enjoy a signature Pacific cocktail on arrival, followed by four courses with each dish telling a story of Pacific heritage.
