This is a hyper-local cookbook and guide to this impossibly beautiful region of France and while there is so much more to it than great recipes, don’t flick past the radish leaf pesto. The book is full of sidebars, tips and in-depth knowledge that set it apart. If you can’t travel there and hang out with Rebekah over a crisp rosé (I think she’d be great company), this is the next best thing.

With the pick of French cookbooks at her fingertips, Felicity O’Driscoll of Cook the Books chooses her favourites.
