15 MINUTESIngredients
| 4 cloves garlic, peeled | |
| 2 teaspoons flaky sea salt | |
| a small handful of fresh thyme leaves, chopped | |
| a small handful of fresh rosemary sprigs, chopped | |
| 3 fresh bay leaves, sliced thinly | |
| 2 tablespoons sweet smoked paprika | |
| 150ml pomace olive oil, or enough to reach desired consistency |
This recipe is just a guide to point you in the general direction; I change the herb mix depending on which herbs are looking good in my garden and swap the oil depending on the ingredients I am grilling. This recipe can take more salt and less garlic, just play around and experiment until you get the taste you like.
