1 large or 2 small avocados
juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons Spice Tree Chermoula
3 spring onions, sliced
¼ cup coriander leaves, chopped

Spice Tree Chermoula is a well-balanced, fresh-tasting version of the North African spice mix. Great for roast veges, seafood or meat, it can be used as a sprinkle – try it on fries – as a marinade or as a rub, adding amazing flavour and aroma to any dish. It’s delicious with the creaminess of avocado in this simple salsa.

1.Peel the avocado and dice finely.
2.Stir through the lime juice then add the chermoula, spring onions and coriander.
