| 1-inch slice cucumber | |
| 5 mint leaves | |
| 15ml sugar syrup | |
| 45ml Tanqueray No.10 Gin | |
| 15ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur | |
| 20ml fresh lime juice | |
| 30ml Champagne | |
| cucumber disc, to garnish | |
| SUGAR SYRUP | |
| 1 part caster sugar | |
| 1 part water |

Instructions
| 1. | Muddle the cucumber and mint with the sugar syrup, add the rest of the ingredients and shake with ice. |
| 2. | Strain into a Nick & Nora glass and garnish with a cucumber disc. |
| 3. | SUGAR SYRUP |
| 4. | Mix to dissolve. |
