4 tablespoons fermented black bean paste (available at Asian supermarkets)
8 prunes, finely chopped
4 tablespoons soy sauce
½ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
½ teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon Chinese five spice powder


1.Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2.Blend until smooth.
3.Store in a jar in the fridge.
