KIWIFRUIT & GREEN CHILLI HOT SAUCE

15-20 minIngredients
| 10-12 mild green chillies, roughly chopped | |
| 1 teaspoon salt | |
| ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper | |
| 3 green kiwifruit | |
| 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar |
Instructions
| 1. | Put the chillies, salt and cayenne pepper in a food processor and whizz for 30-40 seconds. |
| 2. | Add the kiwifruit and apple cider vinegar and whizz again for approx 45 seconds until a smooth sauce forms. |
| 3. | Taste and adjust to your heat preference – if you want more of a kick add more cayenne pepper and if it’s a bit too hot for you, add another kiwifruit. |
| 4. | This makes a great accompaniment to beer-battered mussels. |
