Licor 43, saffron & smoked paprika cocktail

| 1 tablespoon honey | |
| a good pinch of smoked paprika | |
| 2 teaspoons crushed pink Himalayan salt | |
| 6 ice cubes | |
| 4 shots Licor 43 | |
| ¾ cup orange juice | |
| a pinch of saffron threads | |
| soda, to top up |
Licor 43 is a Spanish liqueur infused with 43 different ingredients such as citrus, vanilla bean, spices and botanicals. (Galliano would be a good substitute if desperate). The smoky, salty rim adds an interesting twist.

Instructions
| 1. | Dip or brush the rim of each glass with the honey then dip into the combined paprika and salt to coat the rim. |
| 2. | In a jug combine the ice, Licor 43, orange juice and saffron and mix well. Pour into glasses and top up with soda. |
