Ingredients
| chilli or salt, (optional) to serve | |
| 45ml Patrón silver tequila | |
| 20ml Patrón Citrónge orange (or Grand Marnier) | |
| 30ml fresh-squeezed orange juice | |
| 30g passionfruit pure pulp | |
| 15ml fresh lime juice | |
| 1 large lime/lemon slice, to garnish |
Paired with CEVICHE DE LA PASION
Instructions
| 1. | Rim a rocks glass with chilli or salt if desired, then fill with ice. |
| 2. | Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. |
| 3. | Strain into the glass. |
| 4. | Garnish with a large slice of lime or lemon. |
