400g white chocolate chips
1 quantity ice cream base (see recipe)
plum jam (see recipe)

1.Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a metal bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.
2.When melted, add to the ice cream base and whisk until thoroughly incorporated.
3.Place in the ice-cream churner and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
4.When the ice cream has churned, take out of the churner and put in a freezer-proof container.
5.Put a generous amount of jam in the middle of the ice cream and gently mix to form swirls.
6.You can add as much or as little as you wish.
7.Put in the freezer until needed.
