1 orange, plus extra to garnish
240ml Lillet Blanc
240ml Cocchi Americano
240ml Juno Gin
4 sprigs thyme

1.To infuse the spirits, peel the orange and remove the white pith from the skin.
2.Combine the spirits in a preserving jar or any airtight container.
3.Submerge the thyme sprigs in the spirits.
4.Release the oils from the orange peels by twisting them into the jar.
5.Seal and let it sit overnight at room temperature.
6.Strain into an empty bottle and keep refrigerated until use.
7.When ready to make the cocktails, for each serving pour 90ml of the infusion into a mixing glass over ice and stir until chilled.
8.Strain into an Old Fashioned glass with ice.
9.Garnish with an orange twist.
