Schnappa Rock restaurant caters to them all. Relax at a table here outdoors as this casual, perfectly located spot overlooks the marina and harbour. The focus, and far-and-away the most popular menu items here, are the hard-to-beat fresh, local flavours of line-caught fish. Start with local oysters, local fresh kingfish ceviche, greenshell mussels or tuna sashimi. There are plenty of meaty choices, too, and all served with produce from the restaurant garden and myriad ingredients sourced from around Te Tai Tokerau.
