Having followed Polly on Instagram since the early days, her recipes are my sort of cooking. They’re packed with flavour and, in general, quite straightforward, however when you plate them up they look like you’ve gone to a lot more effort than you have. The Brussels Caesar Salad is my favourite so far – if you make it, double the crumb recipe and serve it with grilled fish.
