Brioche, avocado, haloumi, bacon, lemon mayo, and rocket will satisfy the hungry while healthy diners the Nori Miso Bowl with broccolini, quinoa, toasted agave walnuts, tofu + miso, and crispy rice noodles. At lunch and the food gets a little more serious and truly reflects local fare; Gravlax with Leigh market fish, fermented butternut, kohlrabi, Matakana fingerlimes, pork neck with green papaya, coconut, wombok and osso buco with local pomme puree, chimi churri madew from the garden harvest.
