Mānuka Gold

This elegant cocktail layers native botanicals and whisky with a custom spice-infused honey syrup using The Southerly, finished with house-made honeycomb and citrus for a warm, nostalgic flourish.

Fat-washed local whisky with brown butter, whisky-infused Mānuka Honey with winter spices, and blended with vermouth and Horopito tea. Stirred and smoked with Mānuka wood, garnished with honeycomb and orange zest, all blend together for a uniquely Kiwi take on the classic old fashioned.
