Arrive early to immerse yourself in the native cocktail series – a clever liquid portrayal of Aotearoa. Restaurant manager Stefano Baldin runs a slick and confident floor, while head chef Abhijit Dey continues The Sugar Club’s much-loved tradition of blending cuisines. He combines New Zealand flavours with bold global influences and includes some excellent plant-based options. A well-curated wine list provides ample opportunity for experimentation.
