It turned out I had actually watched it eight years ago and two minutes in I was hooked all over again. With deadpan, on-point delivery Dan chronicles his pursuit of a sustainable fish he could love and his discovery of a revolutionary fish- farming method in Spain that is so healthy that it is totally self renewing.
