Wine delivery to Cuisine, C/O MT Blair, 2/260 Birkdale Road, Birkdale, Auckland 0626 (please advise couriers it is the back house and parcels can be left at the back door)

In the form, we request to provide your RRP, not a promotional price. Wine prices cannot be changed once the tasting has taken place. Please note on the carton what the contents consist of. We do not accept any polystyrene packaging.
