45ml London Dry gin
20ml fresh lemon juice
15ml Lillet Blanc
15ml crème de cacao

Named after a passenger train that ran from New York City to Chicago in the early-mid 1900s, the 20th Century is a classic gin cocktail that drinks elegantly on its own and pairs well with most dishes. The Lillet Blanc, lemon, and crème de cacao work together to create a flavour profile that is equal parts vibrant and rich.
