Ingredients

45ml sweet vermouth
45ml fino sherry
fresh orange, to serve

SNACK

A generous wedge of creamy blue cheese and walnuts will accentuate and sing with the sherry here.

The Adonis is rarely seen but worth bringing sherry to the front of the liquor cabinet for. The combination of rich dried fruit, fresh orange and botanicals here is exquisite.

Instructions

1.Pour ingredients over large ice into a cocktail mixing glass and stir for 8-10 seconds until chilled.
2.Strain into a chilled coupette glass.
3.Garnish with a fresh orange coin or peel, expressing the oils over the cocktail first.
