35ml Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru gin
15ml Fresh lemon juice
15ml Rich sugar syrup (2 parts caster sugar: 1 part water)
75ml Daniel le Brun NV
Lemon twist

Chill your glass. Put the lemon juice and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker. Add the Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru, fill the shaker with ice, close and shake hard for 7 seconds. Fine strain the cocktail into your chilled glass. Charge with Daniel le Brun and stir briefly. Garnish and serve.

60ml Patron Silver tequila
30ml Fresh lime juice
15ml Agave syrup (2 parts Agave Nectar 1 part water)
1g Salt

Chill your Old Fashioned glass. Rim the glass with lime juice, then salt. Put the Patron Silver, fresh lime juice and agave syrup into a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10 seconds. Add fresh ice to the Old Fashioned glass. Strain the cocktail into your glass. Garnish and serve.

30ml Grey Goose Vodka
15ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
15g Fresh strawberries sliced
Fresh lime wedges
90ml Soda
Fresh mint

Put Grey Goose Vodka, St Germain, sliced strawberries and 1 lime wedge into a chilled glass. Fill glass with ice, then fill with soda to 1cm below the rim of the glass. Stir well and top with 2 more cubes of ice. Garnish with lime wedges and mint.

Bacardi 8 Year Old Rum is aged for more than eight years in carefully selected oak barrels. After ageing it is blended to perfection, featuring notes of prunes, apricots, nutmeg and vanilla over a clean woody background of oak. Its taste is smooth, rich and very full with a long and expansive finish.


45ml Bacardi Reserva Ocho rum
20ml Fresh lime juice
25ml Sugar syrup (1 part caster sugar: 1 part water)
4ml Angostura Bitters
Fresh Mint leaves – 6 per serve plus extra to garnish
60ml Daniel le Brun NV

Chill a coupe glass.  Put mint leaves into a shaker. Add Bacardi Reserva Ocho, lime juice, sugar syrup & bitters to the shaker, add ice and shake with gusto. Fine strain into chilled coupe glass. Charge with Daniel le Brun. Garnish and serve.
