Tapas-style dishes lend themselves to summer’s casual and shared dining. I have designed these recipes either to be a meal serving a few people or as part of a larger party menu, mixing and matching dishes as you like. For example, the marinated tofu and salad paired with the tomato bread and beans makes a great plant-based meal for four people, and consider adding the kūmara bravas or braised potatoes to feed more. Or serve the crumbed mussels and alioli with the paté and cheese for a substantial nibbles party menu.
