50ml Disaronno Amaretto
30ml lemon juice
10ml demerara sugar syrup
1 egg white
3 drops Fee Brothers Cherry Bitters

1.Pour the amaretto, lemon juice, demerara sugar syrup and egg white into a large shaker.
2.Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
3.Double strain into a glass (serve in a coupe glass or on the rocks), then add the bitters on top of the white foam.
