1 cube demerara sugar
5 drops Elemental Grapefruit & Hops Bitters
50ml Noah’s Mill Bourbon
grapefruit peel, to serve

1.Put the sugar cube and bitters into a mixing glass.
2.Mix until the sugar is dissolved, then add the bourbon.
3.Add ice and stir until the drink is cold.
4.Strain and pour into a glass – serve on the rocks with large ice cubes and a twist of grapefruit peel.
