Ayrburn Bessie’s Blanc de Noir 2025 (Central Otago)
Pale salmon with lifted pear and redcurrant aromas and some hint of thiol. The palate is fleshy and surprisingly rich with a juicy sweet-fruited midpalate. Lots of life in this wine which finishes dry and lifted.
