Çuvar Guardian Pinot Noir 2023
A clear medium ruby in the glass there is lovely purity of fruit sitting alongside strong reduction on the nose. The palate is dense with a lovely core of fruit and evident influence of well-handled oak. Bold tannins are balanced by the juicy acid present.
