Yalumba The Signature Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz 2018 (Barossa, South Australia)
Dark with just a touch of fade in the glass, the nose is ripe, brooding and inviting. The palate is a combination of black fruits and mint chocolate with bright acid and chewy tannins. Youthful despite time already spent in bottle, this wine is built for ageing. (D)
