These recipes are all plant-based versions of our favourite fast foods and, yes, I do recognise the irony of preparing ‘fast’ food at home, making it a whole lot less fast. But the reason these dishes are popular is because they are yummy, and here I have forgone meat altogether – and use dairy only where I think it really adds something – for a vege focus that still keeps that yum factor high.
