“Kel! How can you not have watched How I Fell in Love with a Fish by Dan Barber?” Under strict instructions from Martin Bosley I sat down to watch this 20-minute Ted-Ed lesson presented by the renowned and extremely brilliant American chef. It turned out I had actually watched it eight years ago and two minutes in I was hooked all over again. With deadpan, on-point delivery Dan chronicles his pursuit of a sustainable fish he could love and his discovery of a revolutionary fish- farming method in Spain that is so healthy that it is totally self renewing. He calls it an ecological oasis. This is an oldie but a goodie and still very relevant. Watch it for some inspiration on how the future of good food could be.
